	ACTIVISION - AMAZON ALEXA GHOST SKILL PRODUCT &#38;amp; CAMPAIGN


Destiny is a first-person action shooter where players protect the last remnants of humanity. Players have a personal assistant Ghost, an A.I. to help guide their adventures. Our product brings Ghost to life into the connected home, innovating and enhancing the Destiny 2 experience for players. The Ghost Skill uses live game data and shows the power of integrating intelligent voice controls into video games in a thoughtful and useful way. It's the first of its kind and the most innovative and immersive gaming experience to date on Alexa.

ROLEAlongside the integrated campaign, I worked closely with UX to develop a product and seamless experience where all types of players can utilize Ghost — from newbies to seasoned veterans. Led a team to concept, write, and produce thousands of Alexa responses in the voice and tone of Destiny 2’s in-game character “Ghost.” Here's a sample of some responses:

Most travel marketing sells destinations. We sold the feeling of being changed by them. From Japanese housewives discovering Nashville to a woman finding her favorite food in a place she'd never been, the work was grounded in the real, unexpected reasons people travel. 
That emotional honesty scaled across formats — long-form documentary, digital video, lower-funnel content — without losing its integrity. The creative elevated the brand. The business results followed.

College students today are using Facebook less frequently because it wasn’t offering any useful or engaging experiences for them. Facebook Campus became an important initiative to better serve college students with a space they could each call their own. 
OVERALL ROLE
In partnership with cross-functional (XFN) teams—all working 100% remotely—we shaped a cohesive creative vision that directly guided the product experience, integrated campaign, and brand for Facebook Campus.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE
We designed Facebook Campus as a separate space on Facebook for college students to connect with each other, find what they have in common, network, and navigate college life together. It features a student directory, school-exclusive Groups and Events, and a college-only newsfeed. Each school has their own Campus “instance,” so no two Campus communities will be alike.&#38;nbsp;

“Your Campus, Anywhere” tells the story of bringing the college life experience and feeling of the campus quad directly to students. College can be anywhere students are. COVID-19 meant many students would likely be at home. We leveraged 300+ student ambassadors, student leaders, brand partnerships, and relevant influencers to organically spread awareness and drive virality to reach student networks with shareable content.

MESSENGER SAFETY &#38;amp; PRIVACY HUB WEBSITE&#38;nbsp;
The Messenger team needed a central hub for policymakers and people interested in tools available for safety and privacy in the context of the Messenger product. This was a high-profile project with multiple rounds of focus groups and close collaboration with primary stakeholders.&#38;nbsp;

MESSENGER ROOMS LAUNCH ON FACEBOOKMessenger Rooms is a way to hang out with your favorite people on video chat. Using it is as easy as sharing a link and no Facebook account is required to participate. This was one of the first fully remote productions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

MESSENGER KIDS LANDING PAGEMessenger Kids is a product designed for kids to develop social and digital autonomy before they start using Messenger. We refreshed the landing page messaging and art direction for parents to learn more about the product and its features.

MESSENGER KIDS APP STORE
 We refreshed the messaging and art direction for the Messenger Kids app after testing four different versions of copy through focus groups and parents.&#38;nbsp;

For a countries test we were tasked with refreshing the app store messaging and art direction for Messenger Desktop. In just 5 days after this refresh, we had 12,000 organic unique installs and app starts.

FACEBOOK AVATARS LAUNCH (QP AD SYSTEM)We were tasked with quickly developing a system of QPs (Quick Promotions are in-product, direct notifications) to acquire, engage, and retain users. These QPs will be one of the primary drivers of global adoption of the Avatars product.
